- Upon availability of seat, email with payment method will be sent by the Event Coordinator.
- Seat will be confirmed and secured upon receipt of relevant payment.
- Registration will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis upon receipt of payment.
- The conference is to be held in physical attendance. The conference registration includes the presence of the conference, refreshments, and lunch on the day of the conference only. The technical visit registration includes round trip transportation from the gathering point to area of technical visit. Details please refer to the registration link.
